The house sits in its grounds of 3324 sq metres, in a hamlet of seven properties on the brow of a hill, surrounded by farmland and open countryside. The setting is tranquil and offers a high degree of privacy and yet Ribérac is only 5.5kms away, for schools, supermarkets, banks, post office, doctors etc.. There is also a primary school closer to hand in our commune.

All windows and doors are double glazed, there is an electric central heating system and a large woodburner in the sitting room.
