The Dumpies

The Dumpies live on the planet Dumpling – a billion-and-two light years away from Earth to be precise. There are seven Dumpies, each one named after one of the colours of the rainbow, and they all have different characters. The books were published in 1989 and a pilot animated film (unscreened) also exists on which I collaborated with animator, Sheila Graber. |

This is an unpublished book. I had the idea for it some years ago, and I still think it would be a really fun book, so if any publishers out there are interested – please contact me! This title was conceived as a pop-up book, but could be adapted for a conventional, flat book. Specimen illustrations and the story are available for consideration. |
